Bearing in mind the idea that ¡°training is not the best investment for a company but the most profitable welfare for an employee¡±, the Education and Training Center of SGEPRI is energetically focused on internal training, actively adopting advanced management ideas and methods, aiming to promote updated knowledge, standards and regulations. It has applied ¡°Linear Management Training¡± to the training procedure of management team.
In order to achieve internal exchange of the knowledge and information, ¡°Technical Training Tutorial¡± is carried out, along with academic lectures, technical exchanges, overseas in-service learning, to enhance the ability and competency of each technical personnel.
To meet career requirements, professional certification standards are adopted. Technical competitions are brought to strengthen practical operational skills of our employees. Besides, full-time learning, online learning, self-learning and other forms of learning spring up all over the place. Fully display technical advantages, Education and Training Center is dedicated to carry out specialized technical training.
Education and Training Center has been acknowledged as one of the bases for post-graduate education. During the period of ¡°Eleventh Five-Year¡±, up to 10,790 employees were trained in our center. Postgraduate enrollment of SGEPRI can be traced back to 1978. SGEPRI now has one first class master degree authorization center on ¡°electrical engineering¡± with 5 doctoral supervisors, 130 full or associate professors, leading by academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
Nowadays, with the development of smart grid and clean energy, the center commits itself to keep alert on the technology development, actively participates in various external training and technical exchanges. The latest technologies and solutions are promoted broadly, as a result, not only affirmed but generally praised by the clients.
